Welcome to Future Safe Group. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By registering and becoming a member, you agree to the following:

1. Introduction

Future Safe Group is a direct-selling platform that enables users to earn through a binary team-building structure. Our platform is legally registered and committed to transparent and ethical earning practices.

2. Joining the Platform

  • One-time registration fee of ₹1550 — includes products of equal value.
  • Users receive a referral link post-registration to build their network.
  • New members must join via a valid referral link or E-PIN (generated from wallet balance).

3. Binary Structure and Earnings

  • Binary structure: One member on each leg (left & right).
  • ₹250 credited per valid binary pair.
  • Top-level members earn ₹250 when their downline completes a valid pair.
  • Milestones unlock fixed salary (12 months) and bonus rewards.

4. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals allowed only on working days.
  • Minimum: ₹200 | Maximum: ₹10,000
  • Deductions:
    • Platform Fee: 8%
    • TDS: 2%
  • Processing time: 1–5 business days.

5. Refund and Cancellation

  • No refunds after joining fee is paid and product is dispatched.
  • Membership is non-transferable.
  • E-PINs are non-refundable once generated or used.

6. Account Usage & Termination

  • Fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the binary system leads to immediate suspension.
  • All members must act ethically and follow company policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Future Safe Group is not liable for payout delays, data loss, or technical issues beyond our control.
